MinuteClinic Signs 18th Collaboration Agreement
|
MinuteClinic, a division of CVS Caremark, has signed another clinical collaboration agreement with a large health system. Doctors at the University of Oklahoma Physicians (OU Physicians) will now serve as medical directors for the company’s four clinics in Oklahoma City. As with its other health system partners, MinuteClinic will work with OU Physicians to integrate medical records as well.
The company now has agreements with 18 health systems, covering 21 markets. MinuteClinic operates in 34 of the top 50 metropolitan areas and virtually all but one of these agreements (U Mass Memorial in Central Massachusetts) apply to those markets.
