LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Attendees will receive a comprehensive overview of how to overcome challenges facing the urgent care industry related to urgent care financials and operations. After completing this course, attendees will be able to evaluate urgent care financial performance and identify key opportunity areas where they can drive 5-20% financial performance. Specifically, attendees will learn how to drive performance in the areas of:

  • Trasactional analysis and valuation
  • Audit, tax, treasury and risk management
  • Revenue Recognition and lease accounting
  • Managed care contracting and analytics
  • Physician and staff compensation, benefits and differentials
  • Real estate development options
  • Supplies and vendor negotiation
  • Marketing, advertising and sales

Fee

Early bird registration fee of $1,499 until June 30, then $1,999.

Registration includes lunch on Monday and Tuesday, dinner and a Twins suite ticket for Monday night, and breakfast on Tuesday.
